Eliot – your company's semantic memory
Eliot solves the context problem inside companies: knowledge is scattered across ERP, SharePoint and other systems, with inconsistent definitions. Eliot maps that data through a general ontology into a company-specific knowledge graph, a semantic middle layer from which AI agents and chatbots retrieve your company's real context instead of generic answers.
The problem
A company's knowledge does not live in one place: it is spread across ERP, SharePoint and other systems, and each one defines the same things in its own way. An AI agent that only sees a fragment of it answers from that fragment, or from general knowledge instead of your company's.
How Eliot approaches it
- A general ontologyIt describes the kinds of things a company talks about and how they relate to each other.
- A company-specific knowledge graphYour data from ERP, SharePoint and other systems is mapped through that ontology into a graph of entities and the relationships between them.
- A semantic middle layerAI agents and chatbots retrieve your company's real context from the graph instead of generic answers.
